The breakfast was great. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel was good value. the bathroom was nice with a bath. the room was spacious. There was a balcony with views over the valley. well located for access to the town

Amazing...never expected to be so good and lovely. Great team that works in the hotel. Always giving the best for a great and super stay. Everything clean, Everything relaxing, without noise, nice breakfast, nice dinners, very good coffe..free parking. And i really loved the way that they treat my puppy/daughter. Thank you very much at all and special to one person. who knows who she is With love Rui and Siena 🤩😍🙏

Lovely friendly staff who will do everything they can to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Half board highly recommended. And they always ensured a fussy eater (me) had something to eat every night.

Great, friendly hotel in good location. Accommodation very clean and functional, communal areas comfortable and clean with very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was a great continental selection, dinner very nicely done with 3 choices for each of 3 courses.

Friendly staff and fantastic food absolutely worth taking, inspired by local flavours. A three course dinner with a choice from a daily set menu for each of them. The village offers nice scenic hiking trails around. Good free parking included, but there is a bus connection.

Beautifull location, landscape but over all very nice and friendly staff including reception presonell and restaurant service. For first view very clean and very nice smell, maby not Channel Five but beautiful and relaxing. I don't expect for that value me and my family will so much satisfied. First time in our life we have been in Andorra, in Xalet Besoli Hotel as well, but we are sure we will back in next year! The Xalet Besoli Hotel has been choose by us like numbers in lottery and the same - like in lottery - we felt as a winners!!! Highly recommended for everyone who want to take a relax in many aspects.

Cleanliness at the highest level, very warm to the point of having to open the door at night, private parking and beautiful views. Very friendly staff and good food.

Staff were delightful. Food and service very good. Everywhere spotless and our room was cleaned to 5 star standard every day. Location quiet and nice to have access to swimming pool in sister hotel in the village. This hotel is great value for money and we will return.

+ the location. in the mountains + private parking on site + bar / snacks on site + really kind and helpful owner + you can see the highest peak of Andorra from the balcony
