The breakfast was great. the staff were friendly and helpful. the hotel was good value. the bathroom was nice with a bath. the room was spacious. There was a balcony with views over the valley. well located for access to the town

Lovely friendly staff who will do everything they can to ensure you have a wonderful stay. Half board highly recommended. And they always ensured a fussy eater (me) had something to eat every night.

Great, friendly hotel in good location. Accommodation very clean and functional, communal areas comfortable and clean with very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was a great continental selection, dinner very nicely done with 3 choices for each of 3 courses.

Beautifull location, landscape but over all very nice and friendly staff including reception presonell and restaurant service. For first view very clean and very nice smell, maby not Channel Five but beautiful and relaxing. I don't expect for that value me and my family will so much satisfied. First time in our life we have been in Andorra, in Xalet Besoli Hotel as well, but we are sure we will back in next year! The Xalet Besoli Hotel has been choose by us like numbers in lottery and the same - like in lottery - we felt as a winners!!! Highly recommended for everyone who want to take a relax in many aspects.

Staff were delightful. Food and service very good. Everywhere spotless and our room was cleaned to 5 star standard every day. Location quiet and nice to have access to swimming pool in sister hotel in the village. This hotel is great value for money and we will return.
